Private lessons are $60 per person. Lessons include surfboard and a wetsuit if necessary. A typical lesson involves 15 minutes of beach instruction and an hour and a half of water instruction. Group lessons (3 or more students) run $40 per person. The structure and length of lessons can be altered to fit your individual needs.

Instructors

Dave Werner - is a local LBI standout. He has competed in NJ contests for most of his surfing life. The most impressive being an invite to the Garden State Grudge Match in 2005. This invite is given to the best 24 Surfers in the state. With the surfing talent in NJ, that is a great accomplishment alone. Dave shines the brightest, though, in his free-surfing ability and a habit for finding the barrel on the biggest days. To qualify Dave even more, he makes his living as a teacher of Marine Biology. Whether teaching marine biology or surfing, Dave’s greatest asset is his supportive attitude and understanding with children and his students. He is a class act and will have you up and riding in no time!
